Currently owned by film producer Stacey Sher and music producer Kerry Brown, the estate also has a three bedroom guesthouse with a recording studio. The price tag for this tranquil architectural pad is $6.5 million.

Architect Wallace Neff is known for helping develop the "California" style home, blending both Mediterranean and Spanish influences in his designs. Neff is responsible for many homes in the Los Angeles area, including Pickfair, the home he built for Douglas Fairbanks and Mary Pickford, and the Gillette Mansion.
