Charlie Sheen Surrenders Kids After Alleged Death Threat (VIDEO)

Charlie Sheen's twin sons were removed from his home Tuesday night after his soon-to-be-ex-wife Brooke Mueller got a restraining order against him, and Radaronline.com has video of the emotional surrender (watch below).

Mueller alleged in a court declaration that Sheen threatened to stick her in the eye with a penknife and told her, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom," according to TMZ.

The 23-month-old twins, Max and Bob, had been living with Sheen and his two "goddesses," a porn star and a model who help care for the kids and take turns sleeping with Charlie.

When authorities arrived to remove his sons, Sheen was heard on video trying to calm the boys.

"Don't say goodbye, just say see you later," he said. "I love you little man, I will see you very soon."

Sheen says he does not know where the kids were taken and told TMZ, "I'm going crazy. I have to find my children."

Meanwhile, Sheen is preparing to bid for full custody of the boys based on Mueller's alleged cocaine problem. He presented Radaronline.com with photos he says prove her recent drug abuse.

"My sons' are fine... My path is now clear... Defeat is not an option..!" he tweeted late Tuesday night.

I bet they end up with a shared custody arrangement after Charlie Sheen's ego returns from his stellar journey to the stars. For a father, spending time with your family is "Winning!"

His sons benefited from seeing how their dad can shack up with two women like John Ritter. That's good for them to see, but he needs to be reasonable.

It goes without saying, that threats are unacceptable. That's how he ran out of slack, ultimately. He should apologize to his 'old lady' and keep his behavior within the scope of what his children would be proud of.

He's still in the process of returning from orbit, descending into the stratosphere on an oblique trajectory to avoid burning up on re-entry, yet not so oblique he'll sling-shot into space again.

i haven't read all 1000+ comments, but I've seen this video twice and am I the old one who thinks the little darling in Charlie's arms looks into the camera and says 'kiss my a$$'? Twice? Maybe it was just baby-talk but it sure sounded like that's what he said. If I am mistaken, I apologize in advance, but if not...well. Just sayin'.

i found this to be heartbreaking. this guy is a complete mess but i have no doubt that he loves his children. i thought about the many times i have had to walk my children through a terrifying experience (ERs, operations and such) and trying to be as calm and casual as possible, and that' s what i saw in his face and heard in his voice. you are convincing yourself as much as the child that everything will be OK. i hope this guy gets help. it's just so sad.

Winning isn't always what it is cracked up to be.....At times it is better to surrender to life and others and put the ole ego where it belongs.... Let it go Charlie especially the divorce battle...you can already see this is a no win situation....esp for your kids.

Charlie Sheen has already snapped. His wife supposedly claimed that she believes he is insane when she filed the restraining order and also to regain custody of her children. He apparently took them and wouldn't return them, violating the custody agreement. When she demanded that he bring the children back, he is then supposed to have made specific death threats against her, that he would cut off her head and and send it to her Mom. It's on the local evening news out here in L.A. even as I am writing this.

The man is simply insane. That is what happens if you continuously abuse drugs and alcohol for decades of your life. Sheen and his ex-wife are scheduled to appear in court on March 22 and hopefully, the judge will order him to undergo a psychiatric examination. I just wish he could be forcibly confined at this point.

Just because he may not be on drugs at the moment, does not mean he's okay. His eyes look weird, his comments border on delusional and it seems as though he has had a break with reality.

The judge can act if there is a reasonable belief that Sheen is a possible danger to his children or his ex-spouse. That was the basis for taking away the children. This is a sad state of affairs.

This is truly fascinating. First of all, let's be honest. The reason that everyone watches that show is for Charlie Sheen. Second, the reason that everyone is tuning into to watch the show NOW, is because of Charlie Sheen. All of that ranting, and all of the stuff he is saying about how he IS the show, well, sorry folks, but that part is in a funny way, true. Third, there are so many parents out there that drink and party and live it up, and no one is taking away their kids. Difference is, Charlie Sheen can afford nannies and live in day care, and maids and it looks like his kids are loved, and fed, and well adjusted. They didn't seem upset, or worried, nor were they crying or freaking out. All the comments on here are made out of judgments coming from things you have read or seen on TV, and let's really get down to it...no one really knows the truth. Let that family sort it out for themselves.

That family is sorting it our for themselves. We are not involved, it's just in the news because he's famous!

As for the children, why should their lives be put in danger because their parents are not able to help themselves, much less the children? Don't you watch the news? There are children all over the country DYING everyday because their parents are out of control! Kid don't need this cr@p.
Just today, on the front page of our newspaper, a 3 year old has permanent brain damage from being "disciplined" by the father and another 1 month old hospitalized for "shaken baby syndrome" when the father shook the baby for crying! Not every parent is capable of keeping children safe and Charlie Sheen is completely unstable right now. Who knows what he would do? A "porn" star and a ????Nanny???? is your idea of "sorting it out?

You clearly see a Nanny there with the kids. Not a "porn star". Don't be ridiculous. Lots of children are cared for by nannies. If he is unstable, he has certainly seemed to have kept it away from his children. His antics have been out of the home, from what has been reported, not in the home. His son was playfully trying to share his apple with him, as most toddlers do at that age. I am simply saying that as the public, we are only fed certain parts of the story, usually the exaggerated, over the top aspects of the stories for the simple fact that they want to sell papers and get ratings. That is usually why most celebrities are upset with the media, and asking for privacy. Yes, he says stupid things. Yes, he does stupid things. Yes, his recent rants are concerning. Is he doing them for attention, or publicity? Who the hell knows? Stranger things have happened. Meanwhile, does it make him a bad father? Not for the public to judge. Nobody stepped in and helped me and my brothers, and they should have. Oh, but on the outside, my parents "acted so nice and normal". Be careful of judgment, because there is such a thing as "poor judgment" as well.
