Just when we thought we were out, Apollo Run pulled us back in.

Look, we all want to stop talking, tweeting, blogging and thinking about Charlie Sheen. The man needs help, even if he doesn't want it, and our national obsession has gotten a little ferocious, even for us.

That said, some things are just too good to pass up. Brooklyn-based band, Apollo Run, just released a lovely ballad with lyrics straight from the Sheen himself. Listen, learn, love...and then maybe donate some money to Mental Health America or the Drug Policy Alliance, so we can all look at ourselves in the mirror tomorrow.
