Force supporting the Libyan Interim Government need to score a shoot-down of a plane or helicopter. This could be done with a big gun mounted on a truck, but it requires advanced notice of the incoming aircraft. They need to focus on human intel from among the Gadhafi loyalists.

Are you aware of the Su-24 that went down the other day? Claimed by the rebellion as a kill and the claim seems reasonably credible.

Of course these are untrained fighters all revolutions are fought on one side by untrained soldiers. What matters is how long these young men take to learn their new trade. The Sad thing is that this is a civil war and young people on both sides will die before it is over but if these people die it will be a long time before Libya rises this way again and the next time it will only be bloodier.
