Many thoughts and prayers are going out to Japan at the moment, as updates role in on the state of the devastated nation.
Twitter has exploded with concern for those affected, and many ways of helping are being spread through tweets. Celebrities and everyday people are sending their prayers to Japan through tweets.
The American Red Cross is spreading word of how to help Japan via text:
