Escort Service Signs Must Be Removed, Says Chicago Suburb In Lawsuit

Racy Advertisement Angers Suburban Residents

A sign in a vacant storefront window has Park Ridge residents fired up.

Not far from the town library, movie theater, country club and neighborhood pizza joint, a sign advertising Trixee's Escort Services jumps from a vacant storefront window, offering passersby "3 night stands w/ all the trix" for the price of $2,400.

Here it is, from Fox Chicago:

The town of Park Ridge is taking the mall's owner to court over the sign, saying it violates city laws. First, it appears to advertise illegal services, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. And second, the city has an ordinance against "sexually oriented signs."

The number listed on the sign gives no identifying information as to its owner or how he or she was able to get an escort service licensed, bonded and insured.
