It seems to be quite the week for graphics failures on cable news. On the heels of Fox News' Japan graphics goof--the channel randomly inserted a non-existent nuclear power plant in the middle of Tokyo, and seemingly named it after a nightclub to boot--comes this flub from CNN, which, on Thursday's "American Morning," put up a map of California with a rather big mistake.
