There are tons of diets out there that work and just because the media likes to bash them you can still have great success with them. I used the hcg diet to lose 30lbs in one month and so have others I know. All you need is a little will power and the drive to eat right. View me site for tons of information on the hcg diet and see success stories, recipes and much more. www.hcgplan.net.

I know he'll be far healthier and feel better, but I wanted to note that his size and his heart were among the best things about his performance in "Remember the Titans."

He did it over ELEVEN years.

There is no quick easy solution.

Take in a few calories less than you use over a prolonged period of time.

Ethan and Jason Lee were hilarious together in My Name is Earl. I really miss that show, which, in my opinion at least, was under-appreciated.

i totally agree. i think some people were initially turned off by the "trailer park" premise and never bothered to watch. it was one of the best written and most imaginative sitcoms in a long time. the entire ensemble was terrific. and such nuances as having timothy stack play a down and out version of himself, complete with son of the beach attire, was genius. as was having norm macdonald playing burt reynolds son ("big chubby & little chubby") while doing his burt reynolds impersonation. it's a shame that some people actually think a uninspired office rip off like parks & rec was better.
