Nate Dogg's Funeral Open To The Public

Who: Fans, friends, and those touched by the life and music of rapper Nate Dogg.

What: Nate Dogg will be laid to rest this weekend in Long Beach. The Long Beach Press-Telegram reports that the 10am service on Saturday, March 26 at the Long Beach Cruise Terminal will be limited, but the public is invited to a funeral repast at 7pm.

If you were unable to attend the public viewing today at 10am, you will have the opportunity to pay your respect to the late rapper tomorrow.

Where: The Queen Mary Dome, 1126 Queens Highway, Long Beach, CA 90802

Why: Nate Dogg, born Nathaniel D. Hale, was born and raised in California and came up in the rap world with the likes of Snoop Dogg and Warren G., eventually collaborating on tracks with hip hop heavyweights like Dr. Dre. After suffering from several strokes in recent years, Nate Dogg passed away on March 15 of this year. Those touched by his life and work are invited to come together to mourn his passing and celebrate his life.
