Historic Florist's House In Denver's University Park On The Market For $800K (PHOTOS)

The 119-year-old Gallup House in Denver's University Park was built by society florists Avery Gallup and his wife Charlotte, who was president of the "Gallup Floral Company" situated in the neighborhood at the time.

The home, which features an addition designed be renowned local architecture firm Praxis Design, features a two-story atrium and two massive white oak doors from Downtown Denver's Equitable Building. The 15,000-square-foot property also boasts being the site of Denver's oldest Pioneer Rose. The home features four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The home is listed for $800,000.
