A Washington Park home worth $1.25 million is the grand prize in the Denver in a Dream House Raffle benefiting the Boys and Girls Clubs of metro Denver.

Built in 2007, the four bedroom, five bathroom home up for raffle measures 4180 square feet. It features hardwood flooring throughout, a media room, a finished basement, plus a wine room and bar.

Licensed by the Colorado Secretary of State's Office, Boys and Girls Clubs of Denver work to provide constructive after school activities--helping with homework, creating artwork, participating in sports, etc--and also offers summer camps for youth between the ages of 6 and 18 years old. The non-profit organization charges just $2 a year [per child] to participate in programs.

A maximum of 32,000 tickets will be sold in the raffle.

To participate in the raffle:
Cost: Each raffle ticket costs $150
Deadline: In order to be eligible for the dream house grand prize, raffle tickets must be purchased by Friday, April 8
(Purchasers must be 18 or older).
Grand Prize Drawing Date: June 18, 2011
