Cindy Jackson, Woman With Most Plastic Surgery: I Have No Problem Messing With Nature (VIDEO)

First Posted: 04/05/2011 9:59 am Updated: 06/05/2011 5:12 am

ABC News sat down with Cindy Jackson, the woman who's had the most cosmetic procedures in the world.

The 55-year-old has spent $100,000 on 52 different items including 14 full-scale operations, Botox, five facelifts, work on her upper and lower eyelids, knee liposuction and even injecting collagen into her hands to minimize her veins and tendons.

Jackson remarked, "I didn't set out to break, to set a world record, it was never my ambition, it's just that I had so much done," and when told by reporter Nick Watt that she was messing with nature, she responded, "Nature messed with me, so I don't have any problem messing with nature."

Although Jackson has had so much done, she hardly looks like another Jocelyn Wildenstein or Amanda Lepore (Google at your own risk). She explained, "For me, the best result is one that looks natural. I wouldn't ever want anyone to stop and stare at me and say 'that woman's had a lot of surgery.' I would never want to look like I'd had anything done."

Jackson is now a plastic surgery advice & anti-ageing expert. According to her website, she's done some modeling for Ivana Trump's jewelry line and spends part of her time and income donating to her favorite charities, among them -- Amnesty International, PETA and Children in Crisis.

She looks like a H.A.M. - "Hot A$$ Mess"! Too much time, money and energy is spent on outward appearance so we all stand around looking FABULOUS and when we do attract attention we have nothing to say!

If she has had 52 procedures done, she has spent well over the $100,000 quoted!

Mensa honestly has no bearings on a person's intelligence... perhaps their pomposity...

She looks a lot better than where she started from. I guess not all surgery addicts become freaks.

Then there are those who are jealous and worry about what others are doing. They're the ones who need some beautification tips, both outside, and inwards, as they're always suggesting while judging people like this woman. I think they protesteth too much.

I remember seeing a news story on Cindy Jackson a while back. It might have been a 20/20 episode because Barbara Walters was on it. Barbara made a comment urging this woman to stop getting plastic surgery. This is interesting, considering that Barbara herself is no stranger to plastic surgery.

She had surgery to "look younger, look better" - says it all about her values.

Doesn't she worry that one of those surgeries will eventually go pear-shaped?

I think she looks fine, and since that was what her goal was, I don't believe it was a waste, at all.

Poor Cindy still has no self esteem even after all of her surgeries. These procedures are very dangerous and she does look like a plastic barbie doll. Such a waste.

as Juliette Binoche said, plastic surgery just freezes the fear of aging onto your face.

She doesn't look 'natural'. She just looks scared.

Well, she looks better than Joan Rivers!

Give her 20 years. Joan Rivers still looked fairly normal when she was in her 50s.

Does she wish to "attract" a younger man?. She is still the age of 55 so what young guy wants
to date a woman of this age? Her mouth looks quite peculiar to me.
04:40 PM on 04/07/2011
Most 55 year old men would like to date younger women, so I guess she might still be aiming for 55 year old guys by trying to look younger.

Though I have to say that people don't always have plastic surgery to attract someone.

I'm a single 43 year old male in good shape, and have a difficult time finding any woman who's within 10 years of me who doesn't appear older than I am and, sorry, looks are very high on the list. I can tell you that this 55 year old is more appealing than most of what I have to sort through if I want to try remaining "age appropriate."

No way you could get 14 surgical procedures for $100,000, not to mention all the fillers and botox. I wouldsay shes spent around $500,000, and thats conservative. A good face lift is $25,000, a decent boob job is $8000, so I think she's way underestimating.

Have you noticed that she lives in London? She's probably supplementing the costs of the procedures with the health care system there.
12:00 PM on 04/07/2011
Ohhh!!! Wow, they pay for cosmetic stuff there?? That's surprising considering how most of their teeth look! You'd think they'd take care of their teeth before a nose job!

Actually a state of the art breast enhancement costs exactly $6000 (I know: I'm paying for one). Also, most surgeons will bundle surgeries together, reducing the cost.
