if those emails are legit, and im pretty sure they are ,dla wouldnt waste time, lots of money or risk thier reputation on a frivilous lawsuit. they state theyve had the emails, electronic signatures and the signed contract analyzed by many experts and they feel they are legit.
if i was caglia i would not settle for any reason- id take my 50% ownership stake, control of the company and make zuckerberg do the walk of shame with his things in a box out the front door.
zukerberg only owns like 51% of facebook shares, if this is proven true he will quite litterally lose his company almost completely.
i also find it very interesting that the emails mention zuck trying to stall the twins because he says they are developing a site very similar to his. basically admitting hes trying to screw the twins right from the get go.
zuckerberg is about to discover what karma is and how it works, to the tune of 20 billion.

How would you even have a clue whether or not the emails are legit?

The guy is a convicted felon and has engaged in fraud before, but according to the article most of the new evidence seems legit. If so, I think he could get a few million dollars.

This guy is going to be RICH.  If the winklevosses could get 65 mil, I can't imagine how much they will settle with Ceglia for.

If the emails & the contract are proved to be legit, (and it would be a huge case of fraud by someone who doesn't seem too computer savy if they are not proven legit) Zuckerman is screwed, ..........and there will be a sequel to the movie.

No amount of PR or charity money is going to improve the public's image of Zuckerman. Karma's a B&*tch, Mark!

FaceBook is a house of cards.

Ceglia does seem to have plenty of evidence on his side but much of winning a lawsuits like this comed down to parsing words. that evidence will need to be air-tight and not up for interpretation.

Wow. If those emails are real--and I suspect they have been vetted by that high-powered law firm of his--then Mark and the investors are completely screwed. This guy just might own half of facebook, and something tells me he does.
