Media mogul Vivi Nevo's Brentwood home has been listed at $4.79 million, down from the original price of $5.29 million. Built in 1964 and since remodeled, the home features five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. The nearly five thousand square foot modern home sits on over nineteen thousand square feet of resort-like grounds. The backyard includes rolling lawns and a pool and spa, while the glass and wood interiors frame canyon and city views. Highlights of the listing include a library, a paneled bar room, an eat-in chef's kitchen, a master suite with walk-in closets, and a detached gym.

The Israeli entrepreneur and former fiancé of Chinese actress Zhang Ziyi has made headlines for both his business investments and social ventures. Vanity Fair Editor-in-Chief, Graydon Carter told the New York Times, “[Nevo] is everywhere, all the time, like no one I have ever seen.” Nevo has many homes around the world and has listed this Brentwood property multiple times since 2007.
