States That Allow Undocumented Students To Pay In-State Tuition

Earlier this month, Maryland became the latest in a handful of states that allow undocumented students to pay in-state tuition.

Connecticut is also currently considering legislation which would give undocumented students more rights, despite the Federal DREAM Act's failure to pass in December and the protests of some lawmakers and taxpayers. A recent measure to guarantee in-state tuition to undocumented students in Colorado failed.
