Roger Goodell Booed At NFL Draft: Commissioner Says He Understands (VIDEO)

WATCH: NFL Commissioner Booed At NFL Draft

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. — NFL commissioner Roger Goodell says he understood the fans' booing when he took the stage at the draft Thursday night because "everyone's frustrated."

Goodell was speaking to New York Jets season-ticket holders Friday morning, the latest in a round of conference calls the commissioner has held during the ongoing labor dispute. As for the boos at Radio City Music Hall a day after a federal judge again ordered the NFL to lift the lockout, Goodell says "it's the fans' frustration, and I understand that."

Goodell says the league will hold a conference call later Friday morning to address player transaction rules. The guidelines for free agency, trades and other roster moves have been uncertain in the absence of a collective bargaining agreement.
