After keeping a tight lid on its epic undead finale, Summit Entertainment has begun to shine a light on its famous vampires, sending out a mass of photo stills from "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn."

Featuring stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson dramatically embracing, both while clothed and nude in a waterfall; evil vampires the Volturi, led by Michael Sheen; werewolf Taylor Lautner in constant action; and strikingly beautiful blonde vampire bridesmaids.

The film, part of a long tween-favorite series, is looking to expand its fan base with a more graphic, mature approach.

"We shot everything -- whether it's the lovemaking or the childbirth -- as potent and powerful as it can be," director Bill Condon recently told Entertainment Weekly. "It will be interesting to see whether there will be people who think it too disturbing for this universe."

Just by looking at these pics, I think it was wise for them to steer away from 'dipped in flour' vampire look. Some images of Edward in the first movie (the blueish hued outdoor scenes in particular) were absolutely awful.

People WILL cry and moan that this isn't appropriate for teens. If a teenager doesn't know the difference between reality vs fiction, right vs wrong, if they don't know what sex is, they are already it trouble.

It's a guilty pleasure story. Just because it is widely popular doesn't mean it should be scrutinized as if it has some sort of moral obligation to teach life lessons. Especially when those lessons involve areas teens should already be well educated on. The blood is not real. It's fantasy for crying out loud.

Summed up perfectly. I figure in about 10 years, they'll do a remake. Hopefully it will be more true to the book - with better makeup!
