Osama Bin Laden Dead Photo: Will U.S. Government Release It? (POLL)

The United States has not yet released photos of Osama bin Laden after he was killed Sunday in Pakistan.

There was a photo that made the rounds on the Web, including social networks and some news sites, but Reuters determined it was fake.

Speculation over whether photos will be released to the public comes as two senators announced their support for doing so.

I think after Americans have spent trillions of dollars on them and our tax dollars are being spent on them we should see all evidence. The video of him being gunned down and the video of him being dumped in the ocean as well as some pics of the body should be provided. They showed very graphic videos of some of our people being beheaded, and it showed people jumping to their deaths to prevent being burned to death in the 9/11 attacks. So yeah, Mr. President gory or not show us we paid for it and lots of people lost their lives because of this monster...show the pics and videos they didn't care about our feelings when they showed the above mentioned things nor did they care that so many of our people died!!! SHAME ON YOU OBAMA !! Our tax dollars paid for this and put us in the poor house so show us or is he really alive so that's why you refuse to show us proof? You will not be getting my vote Obama whether he's dead or not wishful thinking though. Donald Trump hopefully will be our next president, he has the money and power to achieve great things!!

Americans need to see the photos to be relieved of his atrocities against our country. To be able to see him in his glory of death will be the medicine for the grieving for all Americans he so blatantly took from so many loved ones and raped our country.

Any pictures and/or video will be released just prior to the 2012 election. When Obama's poll numbers are at their lowest...

I'm sure hundreds of photos were taken of OBL in the hanger and on board ship, what photographer(s) would just take ONE photo only. I'm sure theres a photo that doesn't show the blowed out side of the head. Or are we just been served a "Wag the Dog" moment by obama and company ??

It is about time the government and the news agencys STOP treating the American people like we are all little children. We need to see photos and video of bad things. It is unfurtunate but Americans have very short memories. If it isn't put in our faces we tend to go on with our lives like nothing has happened. I find it amazing that we all watch gore and mahem on TV all the time, but if it is real we are treated like little children who can't be exsposed to such things.

I think most of America wants to see it. I heard on the news that he was shot in the head & died instantly...what a shame.

But it shouldnt have been okay to show all these images. It just proves how crap the human race is getting that people actually want to see things like this, and that the people we put in charge are so untrusted by us. I agree show a certain number of people who will be able to know the photo is real and that the image is actually this person.

Someone please show the #1 terrorist in the world dead picture.....It was ok for the media to show Nick Berg and others being beheaded. It was ok to see our dead soldiers being dragged through the streets of Mogadushi, etc. etc.

I agree....Wasn't it the bodies or should I say body parts of our Navy Seals that they hung in the streets in Iraq? Why doesn't anyone remember that? Why did they show that to us in America? Wasn't that a little too incensitive? The Navy Seals should be able to retaliate with their picture of OBL DEAD!!!!!! Come on America!!!!!

I am sorry, but living in america tought me, not to belive anything until i see proof. Not that a pic would make it a 100%, but it would help. Somehow it seems like a political game again. In times when trouble (bad economy) is in the usa, suddendly something pops up to put your mind into a differen thinking, so that you stop questioning about a the corruption who is going on. If he got burid in see, because of his religion, we should be all angry about that, because it seems that every massmurder gets more respect as your own people. And also Justice is not served. Thousands of people died, I still remember the picture of the couple jumping hand in hand out of the WTC, I will never forget it. And even, IF he is dead, that is so fare away from making it good as we are from Cooperations paying there Taxes. He maybe even died on old age and thats the reason there is no pic!
