LOOK: Red Hook's 'Where Is Osama' Sign Gets Its Final Update

After last night's news of Osama bin Laden's death, Cheryl Stewart's famous sign in Brooklyn received a makeshift makeover.

The sign, on the front gate outside Stewart's house since 2003, has tallied the years and days since September 11, 2001, asking "Where is Osama Bin Laden?"

Ms. Stewart, 46, a sculptor and movie set artist, told The Brooklyn Paper back in 2008, "Three thousand of my neighbors, including local firefighters, have been murdered and the person who’s responsible has not been apprehended."

Stewart also expressed anger that former President Bush was using 9/11 to wage war on Iraq, while bin Laden was still on the loose.
