Weekend Plans: Flying Kites, Polish Parade & More

This weekend is packed with family-friendly activities, from a kite festival at Montrose Harbor to a parade in Grant Park. Fortunately, there are still plenty of Cinco de Mayo celebrations and a great film festival for grown-ups as well.

The Lifeline Celebration: If you have the cash to spare, don't miss the Howard Brown Health Center's The Lifeline Celebration this Friday. Spring Festival and Plant Sale: Get gardening tips and tours of the spring blooms at Lurie Garden this Saturday.
