Jon Stewart Mocks Trump & Palin's Latest Political Gaffes (VIDEO)

Thursday night's "Daily Show" made a brief departure from all the talk of Osama Bin Laden to catch up on the GOP's search for a 2012 presidential candidate. Jon Stewart couldn't help but notice that frontrunners Donald Trump and Sarah Palin ("The Tom Arnold and Roseanne Barr" of the GOP) were absent from the first debate. He then went over their latest gaffes.

Donald Trump's newest golf-related PR blast has him comparing his opposition to same-sex marriage to his reluctance to trying a new putter. With a set-up like that Stewart coudln't resist the obvious joke.

"I don't want to say anything but, I think gay people and straight people use the same putters," Stewart said. "...It's really a matter of hole selection."

While Trump is off being a "traditionalist" in both marriage views and golf club choice, Sarah Palin is still as entertaining as ever.

stewart was right, but the problem was not donald trump. marla maples and her whole family moved into THE PLAZA HOTEL and camped out until IVANA screamed bloody murder, then left TRUMP TOWER for her own digs on 61st street and filed for divorce. MAPLES then chartered the TRUMP JET for shindigs in GEORGIA, including returning to Cohuetta to celebrate with locales about picking off IVANA. Among the treasure trove of items MAPLES pilfered from IVANA were IVANA's pantyhose, which MAPLES heisted from the TRUMP JET bedroom. SO, stewart shouldn't blame Trump about anything and should concentrate on the GEORGIA PEACHES that migrate from that great state to NYC. stewart should also have pointed out that since TRUMP caught Maples in a raunchy, adulterous affair with a Trump bodyguard on Boynton Beach, Fla., then divorced her, Maples can be congratulated for breaking up two marriages, Ivana's and her own. Maples, of course, has never remarried, but came close with Michael Mailer, who backed off after considering all options, including that Maples was likely to commit more adultery.

Most politicians probably cheat, the difference is the Democrats aren't usually running on family values platforms, or religious platforms, the Democrats aren't condemning others for doing the same things, they certainly aren't trying to impeach a president while doing the same thing.

And that one about Palin,that was a real scathing remark.The funny thing about humor is how sometimes it's really closer to the truth than just being a joke.Yup,that whole Palin remark was right on track...good stuff....good stuff......
