Nicki Minaj 'Super Bass' Video Premiere

Known for her wacky persona and colorful wigs and wardrobe, Nicki Minaj gets a little more tender and personal in the video for her song, "Super Bass."

Don't worry: she keeps the wigs and wardrobe, too.

Minaj's just-released video features the rapper/singer with a eye-candy guy who she thinks could be The One. It's a nice followup to another emotional single, the number one hit "Moment 4 Life," which she recorded with Drake.

"'Super Bass' is about the boy that you are crushing over," Minaj told MTV. "And you kind of want to get your mack on, but you're taking the playful approach."

Playful includes a paint fight, riding an motorcycle made of ice and taking a cruise. It all sounds like fun.

I love everything about Nicki Minaj. She's a rapper but anyone can listen to her music and that's what continues to make her a hit. I just watched the "Super Bass" video yesterday and it made me love the song yesterday. I was at work when it came on MTV but I just opened up the DISH Remote Access app on my phone and went to MTV. The app, along with my Sling Adapter, allows me to watch live and pre-recorded shows and I don't even have to be at home. The DRA app is compatible with Apple and Android Mobile Devices and comes with a free download from the App Store and Android Market. I love it and since I also work at DISH Network, I am always recommending that people check it out and experience a value unseen by any other provider!
