A new Mid Century Modern style home has hit the market in the Langham Hotel Estates neighborhood of Pasadena for $2.15 million. Known as the "eyebrow house" due to the shape of the roof, the home was designed in 1963 by John L. Pugsley, an architect known for designing modern homes in California.

The four bedroom, three bathroom home has since been completely renovated. Features in the 3,500 square foot house include a two-story entry gallery with a floating staircase, a large open living room and dining room, and a master bedroom suite with a custom built walk-in closet. The kitchen was designed by Eileen Atwood of Sierra Custom Kitchens. Outside, the .46 acre property boasts a award winning gardens and pool designed by Anthony Exter. The gardens are so unique and impressive, they caught the eye of the LA Times, who featured the house in 2009.
