Obamas Go On Pre-Mother's Day Date Night (PHOTOS)

Barack and Michelle Obama went out for a pre-Mother's Day date night in D.C. on Saturday.

The president and first lady headed over to Tosca, an Italian restaurant. You can check out the menu here. De-lish!

Michelle donned a leather jacket, printed blouse, wide-leg pants and some serious slingback heels for the occasion. And the president picked a sort of checkered sport coat and ditched his tie! Way to switch things up, sartorially-speaking.

I like it that they went out in D.C. The stuff where they take planes and twenty cars and fly to New York etc. for a date is a little much.

A good touch of class and he just so happens to be the president of the USA. As we get to look at them its nice to see people who are really in love with each other. We all can learn something from this example. Its really a good plan for all kids to see. Now lets talk about the cool in them. Oh we don't have to we can see it...

To all the trolls out there badmouthing Obama about a date night or vacation, the meca of Necons Regan spent more time on vacation with 42 days and Bush has the record at 77. Obama has only taken 26 up to this point.
