Happy Mother's Day, From Google (PICTURE)

May 8 is Mother's Day, and Google is tipping its hat to moms everywhere with a spring-themed logo.

Visitors to the Google home page on Sunday will be treated to a logo with a purple flower in place of the "L."

But Googlers have also put together a tribute to moms with a special page featuring portraits of Google staffers' mothers. "No search could find better moms than these. We wish you a very happy Mother's Day, with love and thanks for all you've done," the page reads.

I usually love the special Google logos, but this one is really uninspired; boring and ugly.

Oh yes, mothers are like sweet, simple flowers on cute, boring stationary. That's why we love and appreciate them sooo much. Google, you suck. Completely dropped the ball on Mother's Day with this stereotype-laden, pedantic logo. Scrapbooking and gardening ... innocent leisure activities ... gosh, do you actually think these symbolize the greatness of Mom? I'd rather see a Wonder Woman juggler with about 50 balls in the air.

Google Moms have published list of Google Tools useful for Mothers. (Refer http://qualitypoint.blogspot.com/2011/05/mothers-day-doodle.html )
Do you think that these Google's Tools really help Mothers?

In other words, Is there any difference between the family(mother) which uses these Tools, and the family(mother) which doesn't use these tools?
