Police in Ohio say they arrested a woman whose hidden talent is concealing balloons of heroin in a "body cavity."
A Sheriff's deputy in Delaware County nabbed a 20-year-old accused of smuggling about 4.23 grams of dope in her vagina on May 5, The Columbus Dispatch reports.
At around 4:25 p.m., investigators received a tip that Tiffany Giummo was a passenger in a car headed to Columbus to buy heroin.
Law enforcement officials trailed the vehicle and claim they spotted the suspect exit the car and enter another vehicle.
Moment later, Giummo allegedly returned to the first car and her driver then continued driving on I-71.
The Deputy pulled over the vehicle after observing "overly cautious driving patterns," according to a press release circulated by the Delaware County Sheriff's Office.
"Once the driver was removed from the vehicle he was questioned about the possibility of having drugs," Sheriff Walter L. Davis III said in the statement. "The Deputy then asked the passenger if she was concealing drugs and she admitted that she did in fact have heroin inside her body and would retrieve it for the Deputy."
Giummo allegedly handed over 47 balloons filled with heroin, a sum reportedly worth about $850.
She has been charged with felony count of drug possession.

Something is wrong with this story. It took 47 balloons to hold 4.23 grams of drug. Thats less than a 1/4 ounce of heroin. Why so many balloons for such a small amount?
