For the first time in 30 years, this Richard Neutra Beverly Hills home has been listed for $13.995 million. The single story mid-century was commissioned by Herbert Kronish in 1954. Situated on nearly two acres at the end of a two-hundred-and-fifty-foot tree lined driveway, this six bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom home is secluded far from Sunset Boulevard. The property is considered to be one of the largest Richard Neutra properties in Southern California.

Richard Neutra once spoke about his seven-thousand square foot collaboration with Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Kronish. He wrote, "Every major project like this takes a good deal of 'starch' out of me, my life-strength, but there is always deep satisfaction." Perhaps the same satisfaction will come to the new owners when then step into this architectural landmark. It was also featured in Architectural Digest, Volume XIV, Number 4.
