Mikael Granlund Goal: Sick Lacrosse Move Lifts Finland Over Russia In World Championships (VIDEO)

WATCH: Lacrosse-Style Hockey Goal Is One For The Ages

You have to see this one to believe it. It's already been dubbed a "goal for the ages," "the goal of the year" and the "lacrosse goal" you can't miss.

Mikael Granlund, a 19-year-old forward for Finland, scored a goal in the second period of the World Hockey Championships semifinal that became an instant YouTube hit.

In a seamless full-speed move, Granlund lifted the puck into the air with his stick, dragged several feet in mid-air, and swatted it into the net, making the goalie look silly, and giving Finland a 1-0 lead. They never looked back, winning the game 3-0 Friday for a date with Sweden in the gold medal game.
