Craft Beer Spotlight: American Craft Beer Week Is Here

It seems like every week is craft beer week in Denver. But, this American Craft Beer Week, May 16-22, is an official celebration of all things craft beer and the 1,700 craft and microbreweries currently in operation around the United States. Of course, the "Napa Valley of Beer" won’t be outdone and all week long mile high city is ringing in American Craft Beer Week right with events at some our most award-winning breweries.

Strange Brewing Tasting Room:Denver's newest craft brewery will be featuring their expanded tasting room with 14 taps, including the last of 151 Anniversary Ale and the return of all three of their amazing barley wines, starting Wednesday.May 18 - 22 at 3pm - 8pm1330 Zuni, Unit M; 720-985-2337

Big Beer Crawl on Tuesday: RSVP for a spot on the on the big beer crawl pedal-powered bus and hit Star Bar, Euclid Hall Bar and Kitchen, Freshcraft and the Fallingrock Tap House sampling some of the best beers in the state. Wynkoop on Saturday: The United Tastes of Belgium will be in attendance taking over Wynkoop and serving some of the best Belgian beers from Colorado and the United States with incredible chocolate and cheese pairings.
