Via Curbed LA: This $2.895 million Bel-Air home was built in 1961 by late architect Richard Dorman. Dorman ended his career in Santa Fe, New Mexico, but was born in Los Angeles and received his architecture degree from the University of Southern California in 1951. Dorman designed the married student housing at USC and a Playboy Club office building in Los Angeles (among numerous other properties), according to the Santa Fe New Mexican.

The home has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. It has also been renovated, most notably in a new master suite complete with a spa-like bathroom and luxurious walk-in closet. Other features include a guest suite, glass doors, pool and patio, and professional-grade appliances in the kitchen.
