PICO RIVERA (KTLA) -- A gang member with an oddly specific tattoo on his chest of a 2004 murder scene was sentenced to 65 years in prison Thursday.
Anthony Garcia, 22, was convicted in April of first degree murder with gang enhancements for the murder of a Pico Rivera man on January 23, 2004.
