LONG BEACH (KTLA) -- A 13-year-old driver was rushed to the hospital after crashing a reported stolen car into a light pole following a pursuit with California Highway Patrol officers. A ten-year-old passenger was not hurt in the accident.
Officials tell KTLA the driver was spotted near the 105 and 710 freeways in Compton around 9:53 a.m. Monday morning by a motorist who immediately called CHP. The motorist said he saw the boys and knew they were too young to be driving.
