Deutsch Welt news 5/26/2011,

Germans unhappy with Deutsche Bank..

Unhappy investors were carrying signs saying the bank sold them "Green Rubber" in German.
They bought mortgage securites which "Bounced". Bank socialized their losses, Privatized their profits. Americans learned from Germans? Germans learned from Americans?

Eine gute Tag nicht. (not a good day) for CEO Ackerman,

Ackerman's speech, 'The bank in the future will be looking not only for profits, but also ethical considerations.

Good for a laugh in any language.

By covering up the crimes of the past, we permit those same criminals to make plutocracy and autocracy the politics (leadership) of the land.  By allowing personal-elite considerations to subvert our time honored laws, we become a nation of men who have the same rights that every tin-horn dictator, emperor and tyrant  claim and execute to the exclusion, humility and suffering of mankind.  Our leaders should quit the indulgence of their own wretched reflections and turn towards selfless dedication in saving our imperiled Republic.

Our government leaders who swear allegiance to our Constitution condone the most flagrant crimes against our citizens and Republic to go unpunished.  President Obama magestically proclaimed that his Executive Branch would not dig up the past of possible crimes that leave our nation destitute and flat busted. In fact the President laid out the red carpet for the CEOs who's leadership was theft and negligence for personal wealth.
Now the only pursuers of justice are individual attorney generals who are being thwarted at every turn by a corrupt Obama Administration.  And  citizens only can weep at the dismantling of a civilized organization based on law.  Crooked leaders at every level are being encouraged by crooked top management.  This is a national calumny that is not reported or  understood by a gullible and credible citizentry.

Americans Are F.vc'king Nvts
I explain American insanity by a gene pool fouled with the heavy, early migration of Puritans, mentally disturbed fanatics, plus the immense stresses of a society run along strict principles of Social Darwinism. An almost unqualified admiration for greed now dominates American culture.

Maybe there is some hope that someone out there will be able to make these corporations accountable for their crimes.

It is interesting to note that these state attorneys general are doing their jobs with limited
resources, while the Federal Government loves to claim it is honoring the Interstate Clause
of the US Constitution, Article III, Section 8, para. 3; meanwhile the federal government, no
matter who "the decider" is, prefers defending itself in court for malfeasance (if not outright
protecting the fraudsters) over doing the actual regulating/governing of that commerce.

i'll tell you what other bone i have to pick with CHASE BANK. last week i received a reimbursement check from my insurance company. it was drawn on CHASE BANK. so i went there to cash it, since it was closer than my own bank.

they told me there was a $6 fee for cashing it because i didn't have an account with them. i told them that is BS, that the check was drawn on their account and it didn't matter ONE HOOT where i banked. i told them i wanted to speak to the manager. so then, the teller fiddles around with her monitor and says, 'i'll see if i can get the fee waived.' magically, after complaining, the fee went away.

i have already written to my insurance company to inform them of the highway robbery committed by the bank when trying to cash a check written by them. not that it will do any good, but i wonder how many people accept the BS of fees when they are cashing a check that they are legally entitled to the funds?
