The world is coming to New Jersey to eat cake.

Carlo's City Hall Bake Shop in Hoboken is the setting for the hit reality TV show, " Cake Boss" on TLC, which features baker Buddy Valastro making delicious cakes while supervising a staff that includes his mother, three older sisters and three brother-in-laws, which, needless to say, is a recipe for a lot of drama

The show, broadcast in 160 countries, has helped the Garden State become a cake-destination, despite New Jersey's otherwise suffering economy.

Here, the 'Cake Boss' himself gave AOL a look at the bakery where tourists from Australia, Italy, Canada and Hong Kong line up for his famed cannoli's. Valastro's had to hire five doormen to control that crowd that often forms a two-block-long line on Washington Street in downtown Hoboken--all to have some of his cake and eat it too.
