So much plastic surgery, her face has lost its originality and character. She is now bland and no longer resembles her former self or family relations. Too anorexic.

And to qualify my earlier statement: Yes, there is plastic surgery in Spain, but like the majority of Europeans, it's not such a sought out mission like it is here. They have different standards of beauty from here, as other countries around the world do. Case in point, Maurice Chevalier once said that the perfect breast was one that could fit into a champagne glass. In fact, it is said that Madame Pompadour's breasts were used as models for champagne glasses. Meaning, huge breasts are not the standard of beauty in Europe as they seem to be here. So, there's no rush to get breast augmentation or other cosmetic surgeries there as there is here in the states. Letizia is a natural beauty. A little too thin, but still a natural beauty.

The average American does not run out and seek plastic surgery, either. That's a myth.
Letizia has had some surgery - the court indicated she had a bit of her nose shaved during a deviated septum procedure. Some claim she's had more, I have no idea. I don't really care, either.

Wow, that's a real switch...someone in the limelight who can wear clothes that actually look good. Most of the styles today, straight out of the designers' showrooms seem so hideous on the models who are obligated to wear them that it seems almost outrageous that people with real money would actually choose to purchase them. Oh well, dear old mother always used to say that there are lots of folks out there more money than brains...I guess that goes for taste as well....

The thing I like about her style is its sophistication. On a young girl, showing the knees is not so bad. I had great looking legs as a teenager and in my early twenties. But the outfits that looked best were the style where the dress or skirt just covered the knee. And with heels, you still look like you are all legs which a lot of people focus on. But for women over 25, the knees do not get better with age. I also think it elongates the rest of the body when the skirt hits just a smidge below the knee cap. It isn't that above the knee shows a "fat" leg, but the knee caps always distract from them and their appearance. She, like several others who have the money to dress well, knows how to show off her attributes of her feminity without dressing just to wear the latest fad. The first dress makes her look like she is taller then she is and has long legs to go with it.

The photo of the entire SRF is wonderful to see. The children are all beautiful, and are really growing up! It's nice that they have four of each gender - there was a time when Juan Carlos and Sofia were inundated with grandsons, LOL.
