Manhattanhenge, the biennial phenomenon when the sun aligns itself with the city's street grid, is becoming something of a New York holiday.

Crowds of amateur and professional photographers across the city were treated to a perfect sunset last night as a full sun nestled itself between skyscrapers.

The Huffington Post's Ryan Simmons shot this pretty time-lapse from the corner of 14th street and Avenue C.
