Facebook founder and billionaire CEO Mark Zuckerberg was spotted out on the town--with a celebrity entourage--in Manhattan on Saturday night, reports the New York Post.

Zuck was reportedly spotted at Lavo, a nightclub, at 2 a.m., where he and his posse of 10 friends were joined by Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am and apl.de.ap.

According to the Post, the group partied until after 3 a.m., racking up a bar tab of $4,000 worth of premium cocktails, including Moet & Chandon Rose, Patron and Grey Goose.

"One of Zuckerberg's pals picked up the check," the Post wrote.

Last Fall, the Post reported an alleged incident at a New York nightclub involving former Facebook president Sean Parker. According to the Post's account, a doorkeeper refused to admit Parker's female friends, and Parker threatened to delete the doorkeeper from Facebook. Parker denied the incident.

No shenanigans were reported of Zuck's night out with the Peas.

When you have money you can do anything you want. The nightclub probably gets more exposure.
Hope they have the right insurance coverage. http://rsi-insurance.com/

You can't put The Black Eyed Peas and Rock Stars in the same sentence.

What can we say... Mark-Z is a kid. A very rich kid, maybe, thanks to the Wall Street types who are currently courting him, but not yet wise in the ways of the world. He probably has a lot in common with, at least, the younger rock stars ... and he has not yet experienced the life-lessons that are sung about by the older ones (who survived their youth).

I wish him well. But I agree that "Mark Z got drunk and farted a lot" (ahem... "and it spelled out the first five notes of Pachelbel's Canon!!") is NOT tech news.

This is BS. This is not a huge bar tab...

THIS is a huge bar tab: http://www.buzzfeed.com/percival/190000-bar-tab-from-a-las-vegas-nightclub-1v0u

$4,000 is not that bad when you take into account that it was 12 people, using VIP Bottle service, and ordering top shelf liquor....

A bottle of grey goose at a high-end club can easily run you about $550 - $650 bux. A Bottle of Dom Champagne can run you almost a grand. So 12 people, only a $4k bar tab is actually quite responsible.

You are correct. Bad choice of a word there, reasonable is a better word.

He did not incur a huge tab because he did not pay....

If he started the tab he incurred the tab.
It doesn't matter who paid.

Apparently no one told him that Patron and Grey Goose aren't really that good. What overhyped garbage. I'll stick with Don Julio and Ketel One please.

That guy is "doing business" like business gets done everywhere.
It's not about personalities.
Have you met some of the CEO's of mega bucks corps?
Bigger zero socially inept men abound in the higher echelons of corporations.
02:30 PM on 06/08/2011
Yeah...this is all it is. He thinks he can party and be with the "in-crowd" -- whatever that is. Poor sucker. This guy is weird, but then again, I'll curtail my criticisms of him a bit cause I might send him my resume in a year or so, lol. Can't let my potential "zero mega-bucks boss" know that I talk bad about him online and behind his back. >8-)
