Helena Bonham Carter Stars In Latest Marc Jacobs Campaign (PHOTO)

Helena Bonham Carter, one of Hollywood's kookiest dressers, will reportedly star in Marc Jacobs' Fall 2011 advertisements.

After extensive research, we've concluded that one of supposed images was leaked on Tumblr by someone with the username Arbeitssitzung ("work session" in German), and was subsequently reblogged by another Tumblr devoted to Juergen Teller, who presumably shot the campaign.

The picture shows Carter sprawled on the ground in a pink paillette dress from the designer's latest collection and a plastic beret -- an outfit not unlike something she would wear for non-modeling purposes, we're guessing. The actress donned one of Jacobs' dresses to the 2011 Screen Actor's Guild Awards back in January.

Jacobs has chosen unexpected campaign stars in the past, like Dakota Fanning and singer-turned-designer Victoria Beckham.

Ms. Bonham Carter is such a character, almost cartoon like and very versatile. I enjoy her work and her quirkiness. She reminds me of stars from the 4o's who had talent AND class, unlike most of the current day American starlets who go from hot to train wreck in a few short years. I hope she continues to enjoy success for a long time to come.
