David Cameron Yelled At In Hospital By Surgeon David Nunn (VIDEO)

WATCH: British Prime Minister Yelled At By Surgeon During Hospital Visit

An ITN News video shows an angry doctor killing the mood during British Prime Minister David Cameron’s visit to a London hospital.

According to Dangerous Minds, Cameron, his Deputy, Nick Clegg and Secretary of State for Health, Andrew Lansley, were visiting Guy’s Hospital in London on the day that plans were announced for changes to the National Health Service (NHS). A senior orthopedic surgeon grew angry that camera crews and press photographers had not followed hospital procedure and failed to roll up their sleeves.

The Daily Mail reports that the surgeon was David Nunn. Cameron agreed with him, and asked the crew to leave.

According to The Daily Mail, the NHS reform fixes includes hospital doctors and nurses taking charge of commissioning from bureaucrats, as well as other changes:

A 2013 deadline for reform has been abandoned, with only those GP-led groups who are ‘ready and willing’ to take charge of the NHS budget having to do so. And crucially, there will be more controls on the extension in competition between private, voluntary and state providers in the NHS.

The Health and Social Care Bill is also being sent back to committee stage in the Commons, meaning months more delays as Parliamentary wrangling starts again.

The Economist writes, "These re-reforms have offered a short-term palliative to a government in distress, but no long-term cure."
