Need some evidence? Check out this unbelievable footage of Durant throwing down a ridiculous solo, off-the-backboard-alley-oop dunk during a recent summer league exhibition in the historic pro-am Drew League. Not bad for the offseason.

The Drew League may not hold games at Madison Square Garden, but with other NBA players including Paul Pierce and Baron Davis, its not exactly soft competition. Not too mention, with an almost inevitable lockout rapidly approaching, this might be the best basketball highlight we see for a while.

How do you NOT be a fan of Durant, regardless of your team affiliation. That guy is just a stud and plays at a ridiculous level without all the garbage yapping, screaming, chest-thumping of a LeBron James. Awesome.

Props to Durant along with some other NBA stars, for being in the gym already. The Finals only ended earlier this month and they are pounding the hardwood in some small sweaty gym for no money. Dedication and work ethic are things you can't teach, and champions are born in the off season. Did you hear that Baby Bron Bron!
