Michele Bachmann's Undefinable Style (PHOTOS, POLL)

Hilary Clinton has her pantsuits, Nancy Pelosi keeps a closet full of vintage Mugler, Sarah Palin rocks those sexy specs and Michelle Obama loves to bare arms in bright, belted sheaths (or cover them in J. Crew cardis).

Michele Bachmann's signature style, however, still remains to be seen. Beyond her ever-expanding hair, we're never quite sure what to expect sartorially from this Tea Party favorite.

Now, she'll have plenty of opportunities to work out her wardrobe on the presidential campaign trail. Which past looks do you think she should revive? And which should be left behind?

Take a look and tell us what you think.

Bachmann has one advantage over any other politician, whatever you think of her politics. She is a beautiful woman (the smile), and not just for a 55-year-old mom of 5, but for any female, a clear "10".
Palin is a 7, Hilary a 4, Michele Obama a 5, Pelosi looks her age, a 3.
The other aspect of Bachmann's persona is linked to her politics and the need to gain name recognition in order to gain the Presidency. She has a natural and dazzling charisma, immediately clear to both friends and political enemies when she first emerged politically 16 years ago at a local MN school board election.
The only comparable figure with comparable charisma in the last century had very different politics from Michele's: FDR in 1932. They both had "The Smile."

Can't stand her politics or a word she says but I will give her credit for having decent style for a middle aged female politician. Her clothes are more appropriate than Palins but she needs to find a better make up artist. She needs to ease up on layered lashes and smokey eyes in the day time. Her blush is often the wrong color and not blended properly for face shape, skin tone and age. Wait why am I giving constructive advice...............keep up with clown make up.

I think I had those earrings that Ms. Barfman is wearing in slide 1 in the early '80's.

The glasses-down-the-nose don't meet their standards, the brown mix and match from Sears is out, the weird blue shawl get-up is definitely NOT Onassis/Hepburn - but what she fatally lacks is that timeless appearance of sanity that was so much a part of both womens' trademark looks.

If I thought ethics were in any way involved with the two of them, I might guess it's unethical to treat a family member.

But basically what we have to do is wean everybody else off. And wean everybody off because we have to take those unfunded net liabilities off our bank sheet, we can’t do it. So we just have to be straight with people. So basically, whoever. http://bit.ly/lb4trf

It is certainly nice to see that the press knows what is important- style. It is sooo important when it comes to becoming a "contender" for the President of the USA. Be scared, be very scared by her intelligence (or lack thereof) and her ultra-conservative stance on political issues!

Her husband buys her clothes. It has been reported previously. He's the one who does counseling to get the gay out of people and you know how those counselors often end up being identified as.......fabulous!!!

One thing she better do is keep her blouse buttoned to the top button. Remember when Hillary unbottoned her top button because the heat was oppresive and the republicans in the senate almost rode her out of there on a rail.

Yea, and Sarah Palin would totally own the First Lady in an intellectual debate.

I'm sorry, you mean we weren't playing the "Say The Most Outlandish And Ridiculous Thing That Comes To Your Mind" game?

When we start talking about Barack Obama and Mitt Romney's "style," I'll comment on Michelle Bachmann's. Let's get back to real stuff.
