A 48-year-old Homewood man appeared in Markham Court Wednesday in connection with an incident in which he attempting to lure a teenage girl into his pickup truck, which was filled with sex toys and pornography and had been modified to include a handcuff device on the dashboard.
Steven D. Dutton, of Riegel Oaks Lane, was scheduled to appear in Room 206 at 9 a.m. on a disorderly conduct charge, but did not come before the judge until after 11:00 a.m.
