Bra Size Of Female Police Officers Revealed In Indianapolis Police Email Snafu

Busted: Indy Cops Reveal Policewomen's Bra Sizes

The Indianapolis police department has apologized to 13 female officers whose bra sizes and weight were revealed in an office email last week.

The lady cops' measurements slipped out in a note informing the department's 37 commanders that protective vests were ready for almost 100 officers, WTSP reported.

But attached to the memo was a spreadsheet that had the chest size, height and weight of the 13 policewomen whose vests needed to be specially tailored, according to Policeone.com.

"We made a mistake," Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Deputy Chief Valerie Cunningham said. "We want to hold ourselves to the highest professional standards. The measurements should not have been included."

Cunningham is the department's highest ranking female officer and her vital statistics were included in the email too.

At least one female officer complained to the police union, but Bill Owensby, the president of the Fraternal Order of Police, said that legal charges are unlikely, WIBC reported..
