Jerry Seinfeld Lists Telluride Home On The Market For $18 Million (PHOTOS)

TELLURIDE, Colo. -- Comedian Jerry Seinfeld has a deal for you.

Seinfeld is selling his home in Telluride for $18 million.

The 14,000-square-foot, 12-bedroom, contemporary ranch home is fully furnished. It sits on almost 27 acres in a subdivision.

According to KMGH-TV, the home features four fireplaces, a 5,000-square-foot deck, a guest house and a private road.

Beautiful place- would make a nice B & B, lodge, etc...I, personally, would love to see the proceeds of the sale donated to a charitable organization. Mr. Seinfeld obviously has more $$$ than he knows what to do with...

I wonder if people who buy these monstrous places ever feel real happiness when they live in them. No matter how many millions a person has, to me this screams nouveau riche compensation for something profoundly missing.

I think 72 of us should get together and buy the place. All chip in $250K a piece and have a place to stay for 4.9 days a year, that's only $50K per day for the first year.

When your as rich as Jerry, you have to find some way to whittle away your bank accounts. Consider it good for the economy. Kind of like trickle down economics.

I'd be willing to bet he's only stayed there once or twice!
