Kristin Davis Cries

Kristin Davis, better known as the eternal optimist Charlotte York on HBO's "Sex and the City," broke down sobbing while discussing with BBC the conditions in the Dadaab refugee camp in Kenya.

As droves of people flee drought and violence in Somalia, thousands of refugees have ended up in Dadaab, which has become severely overcrowded.

Davis, a humanitarian work campaigner, describes one woman's story to the BBC:

"This woman can't walk so she came from Somalia on her cart with a donkey. She started with five children and now she just has three who are there," Davis says, crying heavily. "Her husband was killed along the way, and they took everything she owned."

What is the Arab League doing to help Somalia? Absolutely nothing. African League? Same.

The Saudi imported Salafi brand of Islam (see: Al Quaeda) has - as per usual - all but destroyed Somalia.

Kudos to Kristin Davis. Kind of makes that whole Sex & the City thing look vulgar and trashy by comparison.

she reminds my of Audrey Hepburn, in her appearance and her compassion.
