North Hills Graffiti Shooting: LAPD Releases Video (Watch)

This afternoon, the LAPD released video surveillance footage of a man being shot by two unidentified males. The victim was leaving an apartment building in North Hills when he witnessed "suspect two" tagging the side of the building. At this point, "suspect one" approached the victim and began shooting at him at close-range, allowing for both suspects to get away, explains the LAPD Blog.

The victim is now listed in stable condition. Suspect one is said to be Hispanic, in his early twenties, with a shaved head, standing about 5'9". Suspect two is said to be younger (possibly a teenager), hispanic, and about 5'8".
