Roseanne Barr's New Reality Show, 'Roseanne's Nuts': Two Sneak Peeks (VIDEOS)

Roseanne Barr returns to television tonight, giving Lifetime viewers a special reality TV look into her life and her nut farm.

"Roseanne's Nuts" premieres tonight at 9 p.m. EDT, and is sure to be a little off the wall. After abandoning Los Angeles, the Emmy award-winning actress has left the mainland for Hawaii, where she's managing a 40-acre macadamia and livestock farm.

Barr returns to television after a long-time self-imposed hiatus from the small screen, with boyfriend Johnny and son Jake, for the show, which will consist of 16 half-hour episodes.

We think the show's title is going to be more than appropriate.

We always liked Rosanne, so we watched it until they set the dogs on the pigs, and some slimy guy knelt down with his knee on the pigs throat trying to choke it out. It was horrible. I don't need to see some dude inhumanly killing a living, breathing animal on tv. If you're going to kill it, take a gun and get it over - don't make the poor thing squeal and suffer while you sufficate it.

We turned it off, removed it from the DVR - end of that. Disgusing show, and Rosanne seems to be about a vile as they get.

The repeated showing of that commercial where she makes that obnoxious noise to the goats was enough to turn me off from watching it, but your description of what happened on the show will prevent me from ever turning it on. What a horrible thing to show.

Hunting with dogs is a very effective way to hunt game. It is also the most cruel thing you can imagine. and there is nothing humane about choking an animal to death.

did u see the dogs attacking the pigs, no u didn't & u also saw noone choking the pig. do u eat meat? go see how they treat animals that get treated inhumanly while alive and then how they kill them and then they go into your mouth.

You have obviously NEVER been hog hunting. The pit bulls are called a "turn in" dog They are turned in to attack the pig AFTER the hunter has sniffed it out. The pit bulls are not allowed to attack the pig until after the hunting dog is pulled off, otherwise they will attack any animal in their path including the hunter. I agree that eating factory meat is a cruel thing but there is a big difference.

How about you get attacked by a hog and then complain. They are dangerous, aggressive animals that will no think twice about goring a person. Come live in HI and then complain about it.

I am a fan of hers and I wanted this to be more about her astute and hysterical observations about life, politics, sexism, racism, Hollywood, etc. I really don't have an interest in seeing her berate her children or her children talk back to her. From what I just saw, I won't watch. And I will still watch re-runs of the Roseann show late at night.
