Dog Bites Shark, Australians Narrate (VIDEO)

We thought they had this one backwards, but then we watched the video.

In fact, we think this dog has some real guts. Going after a shark isn't exactly what you'd expect this dog to do.

The narration accompanied by the excited Australian accents make it just a tad more awesome.

We think the owners could have shown a bit more concern for their pets, however.

Apparently the Dog-Shark relationship isn't as strong as the Dog-Dolphin one. Earlier this year, a set of dolphins rescued a Doberman Pinscher from the water. We doubt that sharks would be willing to help out a dog after this incident.

wow, wow, that is a brave dog!!! i wonder what he knew he was fighting?? his owners have to be proud of him!!! They certaintly don't have to worry about him defending them. They should call him FEARLESS!!! HOW COURAGES HE IS. GOD BLESS HIM. AFTER THAT HE DESERVES A STEAK!!!

I would be screaming and going in to get the dogs! But, the dog that bit the
shark and the other dog who patrolled, seem to be clearing the water for the
seal that was on the shore. The dog actually swam back as if to say its
ok now buddy.

It's a dugong, and the cameraman sadly reports that it is dead. Speared, he thinks, probably for food.

I was impressed by this footage. As far as passing any judgement on the narrator I don't know,it seems like ,and definately sounds like, an Australian thing of which I know next to nothing.

They look like nurse sharks. Nurse sharks are harmless. No wonder the narrator wasn't concerned for the dogs.

USED TO BE A BIG AUSTRALIAN FAN IN RUGBY, AND PLAYED THEM IN A TOUR IN THE 70'S..NOW I FEEL AUSTRALIAN AS LOST IS SOUL, THEY EXPELED ALL MUSLIMS (I NOT MUSLIM), THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN THERE FOR 4 GENERATIONS, JUST MADE ALL LEAVE THE COUTNRY...THEIR RUGBY TEAM WAS TOUNCED SUNDAY BY SAMOA, HA NA. AND THEIR RUGBY TEAM HAS BEEN CAUGHT UP IN PROSTUTION AND DRUGS....THEY ARE AND HAVE BECOME THE SCOWS OF THE PACIFIC...TO PLACE ANY DOG IN THAT POSITION, PROVES IT.

Whhat are you talking about?! No Muslims have been expelled, they're a growing presence here if anything. All rugby teams are made up of rough lads, that's the nature of the sport, big deal. Learn to spell and type is my advice, it might give your bile a tiny bit more credibility. Not much, but a tiny bit.
