Try this simple and practically free tip to allow comfortable sleep, without AC no matter how hot it is.

1)Buy some freezer gel packs 6 X1 lb packs per person

2) freeze them in your home freezer

3) Wrap frozen gel pack side -by side in two bath towels (3 packs per towel)

4) Stuff them inside both top and bottom of your pillow case.

5) Turn off AC and go to sleep.
