Yukari Miyamae Gropes TSA Agent At Phoenix Airport (VIDEO)

Well, this is interesting. Yukari Mihamae, a 61-year-old Colorado woman, faces felony charges for groping a TSA agent.

Miyamae was en route through Phoenix's Sky Airport on Thursday en route home to Colorado when the incident occurred, KWGN reports.

A short blurb from UPI from yesterday, since HP has not updated the story here:

"LONGMONT, Colo., July 17 -- A Colorado air passenger is denying police charges that she groped a security screener at the Phoenix airport."

Also yesterday from the Longmont TimesCall:

" 'I go through this every week, and every week there is some problem,' Yukari Mihamae told the Post from her home."

"According to court records, Miyamae lives in Longmont and is self-employed. The Post identified her as a Japanese native who works as a translator and writer."

"An 'Acquit Yukari Mihamae' Facebook site had 274 followers as of 7 p.m. Sunday."

Perhaps most tellingly, from the same article:

"Calls to Mihamae's Longmont home went unanswered Sunday."

I'm betting Mihamae is being offered considerable legal advice right now, & at least so far is smart enough not to have glommed onto the first media chasing attorney who wants to splash her all over TV. Probably considerable government pressure on the woman as well. (Deportation threats?)

I just hope she's savvy enough to be reaching out for that advice and not just holed up afraid of what happens next.

Oh, man! More proof for the absurdity of invasive searching and the evilness TSA atrocities! Charge a 61 year old lady with a felony?

This is a case for the ACLU. Clearly, the TSA regulations and practices are violations of the 4th Amendent againt unreasonable searches and seizures.

Forcing 95 year old ladies stricken with cancer to remove their adult diapers, forcing a crippled young boy to remove his leg braces and forcing him to walk without them, handling a wheelchair bound man do badly his urine bag bursts are all evidence that this nightmare has gone long enough.

These TSA "thugs" are the core of a new fascist police force of a fascist theocracy (Frank Zappa) welling up in Amerika that discards the U.S. Constitution lke yesterday's newspaper.

They not only control the admission to airlines but also are not checking passengers disembarking(!) passengers from trains and buses!

The next thing will be checks at shopping centers, schools and playgrounds for "terrorists", or illegal immigrants or "suspicious" looking people.
